Token distribution update & FAQ

BLOCK token went live on Gate.io at 14:00 UTC today, however, we have experienced some issues with token distribution and PancakeSwap listing. We have compiled a list of frequent questions in the community and provided answers for each. We will update the community on socials with any and all updates as they come.

Why have my BLOCK tokens not been distributed?

There is significant congestion on the Solana blockchain, transactions per second (TPS) hit a low of 19 TPS, Solana TPS usually sits at 2500 TPS, so there is a huge slowdown. All tokens will be distributed in due time.

Why was the PancakeSwap listing delayed?

There was an error with the Wormhole which is used for bridging tokens from Solana over to BSC, we are in contact with the Wormhole team to fix this.

When will BLOCK token go live on Raydium?

We are working to get the token live on Raydium, there is significant congestion on the network which is causing a delay, we will update everyone when the listing is live.

Why have my BLOCK tokens gone into my wallet and disappeared?

Due to the same issue with the metadata following the wormhole bridge, some tokens are being recognized as NFTs so should appear in your NFT tab within the wallet, once we have the metadata updated on the bridged tokens, this will be fixed for everyone.

How long will it take for my tokens to go into my wallet?

We are working on this, there is a delay and we will update everyone when there has been significant progress.

How do NFT holders collect their tokens?

There is no process for NFT holders to collect tokens. We will distribute all tokens directly to wallet addresses.

Need clarity on which pair to use?

Why are the Discord and Telegram channels muted?

This was announced last night, to allow for organic price action and not have everyone’s decisions affected by unrealistic FUD in the community. Its standard practice for projects to mute chats on launch day.
